Private Offers for customers outside the US
When creating a Private Offer for a customer outside the US i use USD but the customer will see the price in their local currency. I know there is an Excel file that i can download that will show me...

"Microsoft converts offer prices using exchange rates sourced directly from the WMR exchange rates (4pm London WM/Refinitiv). Microsoft sources WMR rates on a monthly basis."
As a seller, you'll be able to see exchange rate details in your Marketplace Insights https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/revenue-dashboard
