Print/export private offer & terms to a PDF for customer's offline processes?
Hi all, We have a situation where a customer is asking for a 'private offer' to be published to them - which is fine, we have done that. However, their procurement processes don't appears quite up ...
Hi ph_richardson - thanks for checking in on this, this capability is indeed available!
To do this:
- Customer clicks the Download PDF button on the top right corner of offer page.
- Customer chooses whether to include attachments (default: yes).
- PDF is downloaded and can be accessed via the browser.
- Customer shares the read-only PDF internally for approvals.
