New updates to Partner Center make co-selling easier
Here’s something you might’ve missed that will make it easier to Co-sell on the commercial marketplace.
Microsoft recently made an update in Partner Center that many still haven’t noticed - and this change is making it easier to to co-sell.
For Active Co-sell deals, the Microsoft seller contact previously was not visible to partners.
Now, when you view a co-sell deal, you can see:
✅ Contact information (name & email address) for the Microsoft seller.
✅ A clear handoff trail from co-sell operations to the assigned seller.
This isn’t just a UI change - it enables better collaboration.
Knowing the Microsoft seller helps streamline communication, prioritize collaboration, and strengthen the co-sell relationship. This transparency makes it easier to align efforts and drive the deal to success.

Hello smartbridge_brooke - with the most recent update, the process does start with a contractor, however usually within a week they should also be adding the Microsoft rep's contact info to that section. If you do not see the Microsoft person's contact info on it within a week or so, I would encourage you to reach out to the contractor to ask for a status update.

Hi Justin,
Is this referring to the info you can find on an accepted opportunity under the 'Help from Microsoft' section? That's been helpful, I just wish they would respond, and are actual sales team members! Most of the time it's contractors in another country that never respond.
