Ken_Barton if you are in ISV Success, please contact your Engagement Manager to understand the requirements of the expanded package. If you are not familiar with your assigned EM, you can email APPBLDR@microsoft.com with this question and you will be directed to your EM.
justinroyal thanks for the advice below. Could you provide some information on qualifying for the expanded package. In Marketplace rewards it's clear how to graduate between tiers but all I have read about the ISV Expanded Programme is "Proven Performance"
