Issue with Package Provisioning during Azure Marketplace Offer Submission

I was following the steps to submit an offer on the Azure Marketplace, and everything was going smoothly until I reached the Review and Publish stage. After a couple of hours with no visible progress, I refreshed the page and noticed that the following steps were completed successfully:

  • Package configuration (:heavy_check_mark:)
  • Automated validation. CompletedFinancial configuration (<5 min) (:heavy_check_mark:)

However, I encountered an error at the Package provisioning (Public Azure) (<1 day) stage, which resulted in a failure with the following message:

Failed. Operation failed, exception: Failed to process changes during VSTS operation for offer.

I'm stuck at this point and unsure how to proceed. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue or have any advice on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    tmaxtibero_azure thanks for sharing! If any other partners have encountered this issue and have been able to troubleshoot on your own, please let me know. In the meantime, I suggest you go ahead and file a ticket within Partner Center as this appears to be an issue that requires technical support.
