FAQ: Microsoft local legal entity invoicing the customer?

Q: Does the marketplace have a default Microsoft Invoicing Legal Entity?  Would it possible to have a country specific local Microsoft legal entity invoice the customer for a Marketplace deal? Example: Microsoft de Argentina S.A. for a customer in Argentina?

 

A: Marketplace deals will follow / are dictated by Microsoft Azure invoicing for the customer, so whatever that shows up as (and the flexibility of that invoicing) will be used for Marketplace purchases. There isn't a separate option on invoicing for individual MP transactions.
