FAQ: Flow of funds between customers and ISVs

Q: I have a question about the flow of funds end-to-end customer through to MSFT and then on to the ISV.

 

Are there any materials which outline the buying customer experience (how charges are applied to their Azure bill, etc by MSFT), the payment terms applicable and then how the net finds flow from MSFT to the ISV? Any documents which outline the timelines / frequency etc?
