FAQ: Does changing publisher/customer allowed access require redeployment?

Q: If a customer has already purchased a Managed Application from an offer, can the publisher/customer allowed access be changed at a later date without them having to redeploy the application? 

Same question for deployment modes (complete or incremental)? 

A: They will need redeploy in both cases
