Q: is there a maximum deal term for which a private offer can be set for? 

A: The private offer terms can be set as the partner chooses. Use the MaxDate field to determine for how long the private offer terms and conditions, including pricing, are valid.

 

The subscription itself can only be 1-2-3y as per the standard SaaS offer price terms, but the customer can purchase it and enable auto renewal.
