FAQ: Customer roles that can accept private offers

Q: Can a customer accept a private offer with a role that is not EA Admin? (for example EA purchaser). I have a customer who has someone in procurement in charge of accepting private offers, but they don't want to give that person the highest level of access on their enrollment.
