FAQ: Changing a SaaS offer from public to private plan

Q: Question about changing plans a SaaS offer from a public plan to a private plan.  

If a customer is added to a private plan, can that customer use the "change plan" option to change from the public plan to which they are currently subscribed, to the private plan.  

A: they can - assuming the private plan they were issued has the same billing terms enabled and available (i.e. if the current subscription is billing monthly - then the private plan must have the monthly option).
