FAQ: Bundled implementation services for SaaS offer

Q: Can an ISV transact a SaaS offer in the commercial marketplace that includes "bundled implementation services"?  Note: the ISV's plan is to charge a normal SaaS fee, but the terms will include "free implementation services".

 

A: Up to 10% of the contract value yes: “commercial marketplace does not currently support the sale of hardware or professional services. Any offers for hardware must be transacted outside of the marketplace.
