Co-branded posts for partnerships promotions

Hi,

 

We have created few co-branded collaterals and would like to share the same through our SM handles, wanted to understand if there is a need to get those collaterals reviewed/approved by Microsoft before we can post the same? Please not these are not created using the GTM tool box, and outside
