Our company, AQ Services LLC, has completed legal business verification and enrolled in the MACPP. We would like to confirm our status as a Microsoft Training Services Partner.

We have completed all mandatory requirements outlined in your Onboarding checklist:

Join the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program
Review the Training Services Partner Guidelines
Complete the Training Services Partner Onboarding Form
Use Only Qualified Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) for Course Delivery
Use Official Microsoft Courseware, Labs, and Exams
Distribute Achievement Codes to Learners via Microsoft Learn
Register for Metrics that Matter (MTM)

We would like to confirm that:
1. Whether or not our organization is authorized to deliver Microsoft training?
2. If we are authorized, then where can I access the necessary course outlines, request the necessary vouchers, etc?

    Hi theavdersarialmind​, replying to your question publicly on the chance that it may help others with finding similar information. If you want to discuss the details of your organization, please send me a direct message (click my name, then the "message" button). 

    • You'll want to familiarize yourself with the Courseware Title Plan, which is available on the ILT Communications Blog. That is where you'll generate your course URLs that you distributed to your learners. Every learner should receive a link to the course materials. 
    • Information on onboarding the Metrics that Matter platform for the required post-training surveys is in the Get Started Collection . See Metrics That Matter (MTM) Overview"
    • Information on accessing and generating achievement codes (required for all learners who complete your course) is in the Get Started Collection . See "Microsoft Learn Achievement Code Onboarding and Usage Overview".
    • Discounted exam vouchers can be accessed by onboarding to the Pearson Partner Store
    • Associated course labs can be accessed by reaching out to one of the Authorized Lab Hosters, a list of which is in the Get Started Collection. See "Microsoft FAQ - Lab Hosters (LH) and Azure Pass Distribution".
    • Remember that all courses need to be delivered by an MCT with the relevant certification in the content being taught. Only MCTs have access to the trainer materials including the course presentation decks.
