TSP enrolled but no Achievement Code access (no Request button visible)

Hello,

 

Our organization has completed the Training Services Partner onboarding and Microsoft Learn Organization enrollment.

 

Username: ArgosystemsEcuador

Partner ID: 1160990

 

It has been more than 5 days since confirmation, and we are logging in with the correct Outlook Class Administrator account.

 

However, the "Request Achievement Code" option is not visible in any Microsoft Learn course. Instead, we only see the training provider search interface.

 

This suggests our account has not been properly enabled as a Microsoft Learn Admin.

 

Could you please verify and complete the activation?

  • You should have received access within ~24 hours so this does sound like an issue. Unfortunately, the quickest way to resolve is repeat the onboarding process with a new email address. Instructions for onboarding can be found in our Get Started materials (https://aka.ms/GetStartedTSP). Look for the file titled "Microsoft Learn Achievement Code Onboarding and Usage Overview".
