Request Achievement Code is missing (and confuse for creation step)
Hi Supavij365 - there's a lot going on here so let me try to break it down.
There have been recent escalations about partners who could previously create achievement codes, but suddenly lost access. Most of the escalations I'm seeing are for new partners who have yet to be permissioned (covered in this post) but it is possible your account has been impacted. Once the issue I linked to is fixed, you may regain your access.
Next, our onboarding documentation instructs Learn admins to create a net-new email account for requesting achievement codes. I do not know the impacts of using your personal email which was previously attributed to one partner but is now another. I wouldn't think it would have an impact, but I can't be 100% sure. My suggestion is to follow the instructions in the onboarding docs I linked to above.
As for the screenshot you shared, that's where the Microsoft partner ID goes. In order to access and generate achievement codes you need to be a validated Training Services Partner. Your Microsoft partner ID can be accessed when you're logged into partner.microsoft.com on a partner account.
Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have further questions.
DanDonohue thank you in advance for information and suggestion.
May I ask you about "Global Training Partner program (GTP)" and "Training Services Partner | Microsoft Learn" (TSP)? Is it the same? For creation achievement code, it just limits for TSP only? or GTP can do it?
I follow the document you provided, Is this correct? the screenshot below is how URL creation. and then I sent the request form by fill in my partner ID. So, if the system work correctly, in next 2-3 days after the system approved. it means I suppose to see the request code button in MS learn. right?
