MicrosoftRESOLVED: October 30 Issue with Achievement Code Creation
Hi NicolaFerrini, is this still an issue? If so, please send me a DM with your company name and the email address you're accessing your Learn Admin account with.
Want to loop back, we were able to resolve this.
For all others having similar issues-
Some of the newer/smaller TSPs seemed to be most affected by this. Our way forward was to create another admin account to create credentials- the same way you do when you first set it up. This is relatively easy to do as you just need an email address. It should be approved the same way as when you first set it up.
