MicrosoftHi JJones_ - thanks for letting me know. This issue may be bigger than just new admins. I'll pass that on to the engineering teams so they are aware.

Since this affects our KPIs, what can be done as far as remediation since this is likely on Microsoft's side? I am sure you are well aware, we likely will not be able to get all students to redeem their achievement code several days(or weeks if it takes a while to fix) after the class ends.
We have so far had one class affected, although I am sure this will affect other TSPs too.
We are still not seeing this fixed on our side.
