The information in this article is not true. The certification page has no retirement date and I confirmed with a moderator in the below Q&A post that the certification is not planned to be retired.

AdrianC1 The exam page has been updated today to include the retirement date.

@AdrianC1 I am working on finding who posted the false information in the forums, but PL-100 is indeed retiring June 30, 2024.
