Moving data on SkillPipe to different e-mail

Hello,   I want to move my SkillPipe library to a new account. FAQ has directed me to this forum, so please assist.   Best Regards, Tom

      After the email update, double-check that your SkillPipe library is accessible through the new email address. Confirm that all your courses and progress have been successfully transferred.

Also, can you please show me where you are referring to that suggests you come to this forum? (Just want to ensure I am understanding and supporting appropriately.

    Yes, over this forum, as mentioned in the question answer in FAQ - "If you want us to transfer all courses to a new account, your Training Center can forward your request accordingly."

    So, I'm contacting via the given link. The next answer from your screenshot doesn't answer my issue at all, as my question is about transfer, not marketplace itself.

        Hi coen87, I can confirm that the support path you followed landed you back here, although we don't have the information to assist. I can reach out on your behalf but before I do I want to ensure you're aware of the upcoming changes: 

         

        After December 31st, 2023, Skillpipe will no longer be accessible. This includes all past courseware on your bookshelf. I'm happy to escalate to Arvato your request to switch email addresses within Skillpipe, but it will all be moot at the end of next month. Is switching emails within Skillpipe what you want to do?
