Moving data on SkillPipe to different e-mail

To transfer your SkillPipe library to a new email account, please follow these steps:
- Contact SkillPipe Support:
- Verification Process:
- Update Account Information:
- Confirmation:
After the email update, double-check that your SkillPipe library is accessible through the new email address. Confirm that all your courses and progress have been successfully transferred.

So, I'm contacting via the given link. The next answer from your screenshot doesn't answer my issue at all, as my question is about transfer, not marketplace itself.
