MCT Enrollment Tool
Hello TSP Team, one of our MCTs has missed to renew his MCT state and has tried to renew it with the enrollment tool. He tried again yesterday (Oct, 1). Its still not working. Can you please...
- The MCT needs to be reinstated, mentioning renewal may confuse the support team. However the MCT Support is the only way at the moment to get reinstated.
The MCT Enrollment Tool was due to be available on October 1st but this was always a target and looks like there is a delay and these is no announced date for its availability.

PS MCIDs are no longer used, you should use the Learn username instead
The second option link doesn’t work for me, my MCT status is listed as inactive

Access denied to what? The MCT support forum or the MCT Lounge or something else?

Sorry, it took a while to get back here as the Chinese version and English version of the sights seam to be separated. The link work take me to the lounge but stated access denied. Now it takes me to the general community forums where people have enquired about MCT.
