MCT Enrollment Tool
Hello TSP Team, one of our MCTs has missed to renew his MCT state and has tried to renew it with the enrollment tool. He tried again yesterday (Oct, 1). Its still not working. Can you please...
- The MCT needs to be reinstated, mentioning renewal may confuse the support team. However the MCT Support is the only way at the moment to get reinstated.
The MCT Enrollment Tool was due to be available on October 1st but this was always a target and looks like there is a delay and these is no announced date for its availability.

PS MCIDs are no longer used, you should use the Learn username instead

The second option link doesn’t work for me, my MCT status is listed as inactive

MarioFuchs and all others: additional time for the enrollment tool is required so it was not made live on October 1. I will provide an update on the October 30th Community Call. In the interim, the workaround direction on the MCT Lounge is still the process.
