I can't generate achievement codes - Delay in the Aproval

I filled the required form with my class admin account details (email address removed for privacy reasons) approximately 2 weeks ago but I am still unable to generate the codes even though it mentions that the approval process takes place 3 times a week. 

I saw a post last week mentioning that they are already aware of the problem, is there a deadline for them to resolve it?
