I cannot find my PL-300 Certificate

Hi,

 

I just recently passed the PL-300 exam but I am not able to see the certificate and scores in my MS Learn Profile. I have waited for over 24 hours and pretty much tried reaching out to contact support (which was very hard to find) and when I called MS Support, it is basically a bot that talks to you for like 10 seconds without fully listening to your issue and pretty much reiterates the same thing you've done and then hangs up. Can anyone please help me with?
