How to obtain a Microsoft document to demostrate we are an authorized Training Services Partner
We are been required from some customers to demostrate we are an authorized Training Services Partner. As we still do not have a specialized badged we are not able to dowload from partner center any kind of letter to certified we are in that position. Do you know if there is any way to demostrate that authorization once we have been admitted in the TSP program but we are not with an specialized badge?

Enrollment in the Training Services Partner program and earning a designation or specialization badge are separate things. Partner Center normally generates logo assets and certification letters only for credentials your organization has actually earned, so admission to TSP alone may not produce a downloadable letter.
I would use the following approach:
- Open the membership or programs section in Partner Center and confirm that Training Services Partner is shown as active for the correct Partner ID and location.
- Keep the original Microsoft acceptance email and any TSP enrollment confirmation or agreement. These can be provided to the customer together with the Partner ID.
- Check whether your organization appears in Microsoft’s public training partner directory. If it does, provide the customer with that listing as additional evidence.
- If the customer requires a document issued by Microsoft, open a Partner Center support request under the Training Services Partner or membership category.
- Include your legal company name, Partner ID, location ID and TSP admission date, and specifically request written confirmation of your active TSP enrollment for customer verification.
A Partner ID by itself only proves participation in the Microsoft partner program, not necessarily TSP status. Also, do not use a designation or specialization badge that has not been awarded. The strongest evidence without a badge would be Microsoft’s written enrollment confirmation combined with the active TSP status shown in Partner Center.
