How do I know my company TSP status?
- Feb 05, 2026
Hi Vitaly,
If you received the welcome email, then you are in the TSP ecosystem. Everything after that is self-serve, as outlined by the email (onboarding, achievement codes, MTM surveys).
When you're logged into Partner Center, there should be a "Training Services Partner" heading in the left margin, along with all the other MSFT program options. It's quite a ways down the list so you may have to scroll. Click on that.
All your KPI totals will accumulate on that dashboard. We only update monthly so anything done in February will show up in the mid-March refresh.
Hi DanDonohue ,
I am in exactly the same situation, having received the "Welcome to the Microsoft Training Services Partner Program" email and have successfully completed all the onboarding steps listed there.
Can you please check in the system whether my organization is fully registered? Is there a screen / field in the Partner Center displaying the registration status?
Sorry, I tried to find this out on my own per the instructions in the email + on the associated website and was unable to locate the confirmation.
Thanks,
Vitaly

Thanks DanDonohue . The part that got me a little confused is that the TSP screen in Partner Center shows that membership has "not started". Is this normal? Here's the screenshot:

DanDonohue Quick follow up. Can you or someone else from the TSP onboarding team please provide a response to this question?

Microsoft
Hi Vitaly, this will show as "not started" until data lands in the dashboard from survey completions, achievement code redemptions, or exam purchases. At that point it should change to "in progress". Please note that the dashboard is only updated once per month, by about mid month, for all data through the completion of the previous month. Meaning that January data should be in there now, but Feb data won't land until mid-March.
Another note - this "not started" label does not impact your TSP membership or ability to deliver official Microsoft training. It's only measuring progress to badged status. More info on the benchmarks for badged status can be found in our program overview guide in our Get Started collection.
