Hi theavdersarialmind​, as Julian and Olivier have answered, you must be an active MCT to deliver official Microsoft training. 

The answer is an emphatic NO

to reformulate : to be able to deliver a Microsoft Official Course, you must :

• Be an MCT with Active status
• The MCT must hold the certification for the course to be taught for non Fundamentals courses
• The MCT must hold an associate, specialty, or expert certification from the solution area of the Fundamentals course to be taught.

you mean you had the certification once but you did not renewed it ? in this case, it's a no.
