Changed admin username

After we got permission to get achievement code, we change the username to make it easy and .... What should we do if change the admin username and forgot the old one :(

    Hi vahix​ - not quite sure I follow. You created an email account to register for Microsoft Learn admin access and were able generate achievement codes? Then changed the username within the admin tool? 

    The quickest way to regain achievement code generation access is to create a new Learn admin account. Those get provisioned every day. Steps can be found in the achievement code doc in the Get Started document collection: https://aka.ms/GetStartedTSP
