AZ-802 - No Training Available

On the certification page there is no outline or ILT Training mentioned.

Is this correct?

Yes, it appears that Microsoft currently does not list any specific ILT training or a detailed training outline for AZ-802 on the certification page. I would not take that to mean there are no preparation resources available, though. The Microsoft Learn content and exam skills outline are still useful for understanding what to study.

For additional practice, I have also been using P2PExams AZ-802 practice questions to identify areas where I need more preparation. Having practice questions alongside the Microsoft Learn material can make the preparation more organized.
