Thank you for contacting Skillable Platform Support.

We have been informed by Microsoft that this is part of a change to the Admin.Microsoft.com license page. Our MOC Coordinator has escalated the feedback we are receiving regarding this, but at this time, we have no workaround for this setting. If there is a tenant from a previous delivery already registered, we would recommend using this if able.
