Achievement codes/Partner Center
Greetings,
We have just been onboarded as a TSP. We have recently provided training in AZ-900 and AZ-104 and the attendees have successfully redeeemed achievement codes for both courses. The problem is this does not reflect on our profile in the partner center that any courses have been completed. Please provide guidance on how to ensure that work completed shows on the partner center.

Hi Bonolo - welcome to the Training Services Partner ecosystem!
Partner Center is updated once per month, by about the 12th of each month with data to the conclusion of the previous month. So, April data should be available now, but May data will not be available until about the 12th of June. The data is sometimes updated a couple days earlier or later depending on the calendar.
If you are expecting to see redemptions from April and you do not see them in Partner Center by the end of the week, please let me know.

Thank you so much for the timely response and for the clarity. We did AZ-104 in april but AZ-900 was done in January/February and the data still does not show. Only exam data shows.

Upon review, I don't think it's clear in the onboarding documentation how often data is refreshed. I'll make updates in our next refresh to fix that.
