Achievement Code (request) not visible

Hi team,

My company just recently onboarded as learning partner. I have submitted the necessity.

However, I didn't get any approval or acknowledgement about the achievement code since the submission on Monday. I also check any Microsoft courses and I also unable to locate the achievement code.

Kindly advise?

managed to get it. i think it has to do with cache. need to clear the cache consistently to see that code.

    Hi team,

I'm a Microsoft Training Services Partner trying to enroll for Achievement Codes, but I'm blocked at the enrollment step.

    What I've completed:

    • Created a personal Microsoft Account (MSA) using my admin@ Outlook address, since work-domain and gmail/yahoo accounts aren't accepted for this enrollment
    • Linked Microsoft Learn profile and generated my Learn profile URL
    • Verified TSP status is active in Partner Center against my Location ID
    • I tried to clear the cache still not working

    The blocker:

    • Navigating to aka.ms/TSP_Achievement_Code_Enrollment returns a "restricted / access denied" response
    • The "Request Achievement Code" button does not appear for me on the Partner Center TSP page

    Questions:

    1. Is the aka.ms link gated server-side, or does it require a separate provisioning step after MSA + Learn profile setup?
    2. Should the "Request Achievement Code" button render automatically once the MSA is linked, or is there a manual unlock step I'm missing?
    3. Is this likely an identity-linking issue (MSA ↔ Learn profile ↔ Partner Center) or an access-control issue on the form itself?

Happy to share Partner Location ID and Learn username privately if a moderator or Microsoft contact can investigate.

    Thanks,

    Abie

Hi Abie, I'm sorry you're having issues.

Based on what you shared it appears you're missing the account enrollment step. You can complete that here: Microsoft Learn Organization Enrollment

If you're still having issues feel free to reply here or send me a direct message.
