Achievement Code Admin access – “Request achievement code” button not appearing

Hello,

We are a Microsoft Training Services Partner and have completed the enrollment for Microsoft Learn Achievement Code Admin access.

The enrollment was completed successfully, and we have waited for the account activation/processing period. However, when signing in to Microsoft Learn using the administrator account that was registered, the “Request achievement code” button is still not appearing on the Microsoft Learn course pages.

Could you please verify the status of our Achievement Code Admin enrollment and confirm whether the administrator account has been activated correctly?

We can provide our MAICPP Organization ID, Location ID, Microsoft Learn username, and screenshots if required.
