Access denied - https://microsoft.sharepoint.com/_forms/default.aspx
Dear Team,
We have the work email id to get the access for New Marketing assets, as mentioned in the last community call. However one of our employee has been denied access by microsoftonline sharepoint platform.
how to get the access from Sharepoint team, as error says he is not in the sharepoint directory, even he has the sharepoint license.

The issue has been resolved by SP Low from backend team, in coordination with support team. There was a problem, now it's got resolved.

I can confirm that a user accessing the site for the first time does not have the option to request access, like they normally should. I tested this on some accounts that do not have access and all were met with an error.
In the past, if it was the user's first time accessing they would be given a chance to request access. - JillArmourMicrosoftCommunity Manager
