Sharing a folder with a select few on a home network

Hi - I am on a home network with many users.  I want only two of them to share a folder on my PC.

If I permit "Everyone", then I cannot exclude others.  I cannot give login access to my PC to anyone.

How is this done?

This is a very basic and simple situation. Nothing complicated about it.
