MFA et microsoft 365

I changed my phone and I couldn't get all my microsoft authentificator codes back (plus I hadn't activated the icloud backup...).
The result is that I can no longer access my Microsoft 365 account, of which I am an administrator (I am a small business owner), nor any other Internet accounts.
How can I temporarily deactivate the MFA and then activate the MFA with SMS instead?

- If you have another admin account you can use, login with it and disable MFA. If not, you'll need to contact support and work with them to regain access: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide#phone-support

A real nightmare to get commercial support in France: more than an hour waiting and nobody answers...
After a chat with the technical support, they passed on my problem to the sales department, which has to call me back... TVasilMichev Thanks !
