MFA et microsoft 365
I I changed my phone and I couldn't get all my microsoft authentificator codes back (plus I hadn't activated the icloud backup...). The result is that I can no longer access my Microsoft 365 accoun...
If you have another admin account you can use, login with it and disable MFA. If not, you'll need to contact support and work with them to regain access: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide#phone-support

A real nightmare to get commercial support in France: more than an hour waiting and nobody answers...
