Hi, unfortunately Authenticator cloud backup does not always restore every third-party account, especially if some entries were not included in the backup or need re-enrollment. I’d check whether the old phone is still available, then use each service’s recovery codes or account recovery process. For work or school accounts, the tenant admin can usually reset MFA registration.
