Impossible to login my business account

Hi everyone,   here is what happened to my account: last year I created a One Drive business account, for that I had to create a Microsoft email: mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons ...

    I got a similar experience with you under my personal account, btw, it seems the only way is to contact Microsoft support to reset your account if you didn't enable another way for MFA, such as an alternative Email, Email was my communication with Microsoft for my case

Hi I'm sorry to post this here but I'm clueless and would like some guidance as to where and how I can ask my question so sorry for butting in my question is regarding a business account but somewhat of the opposite of what is being asked here or if anyone would like to email me I would greatly appreciate it I'm in dire strait needs of some advice any help would be greatly appreciated My email is email address removed for privacy reasons
