How do I get support so I don't loose my account?
- May 30, 2026
I would recommend contacting Microsoft support immediately and gathering any proof of ownership you have available, such as subscription details, invoices, billing information, and proof of ownership of the custom domain. With only seven days remaining before deprovisioning, I would not wait for the situation to resolve itself.
If they need something else just ask what they need, for proof.
You can try this link to find the support number for your location:https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=2237262&clcid=0x409&culture=en-us&country=us

Thank you so much! I was not aware of these phone numbers as they aren't mentioned anywhere on the support.microsoft.com pages. I was able to generate a ticket with the AI agent and so hopefully someone will call me and I won't loose my account and data.
I wish they would highlight these numbers on their website.
