[BUG] Sign in with a security key is not available on macOS Firefox

On chrome/chromium, "Sign in with Windows Hello or a security key" link appears, and "Sign in options" also provides the option. But in Firefox and Safari, it doesn't appear. I also reported bug here: https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/103230
