Add filters/ grouping to microsoft authenticator app accounts

This is an old thread, but still seems to be something that isn't available in this app. Furthermore, I can't find those filter steps in the settings, so I don't know if they have since been removed or I have a different version.
Either way, as others have said, this is way too long winded when 2FA is needed several times a day and scrolling through an ever increasing list is impractical.
Have there been any updates on this? I do use a different 2FA for a lot of my accounts as that gives me the features I want, but others are locked to using the Microsoft authenticator.
