I support this 101% as i have 17 or so MS Authenticator mfa list in the app and it is really cumbersome to navigate and find the correct one, some apps have user mfa and admin mfa and being a becomes confusing to find the correct one in ta long list of mfa. it would be great if MS made this much easier to navigate rather than just have a flat list when we can group per app/account with PAM implementation this gets worse as you have multiple accounts
