Saving Sign-In address in Teams on Citrix
Hi teams people
I have a really strange issue with deploying teams on a Citrix farm.
In my opinion i have done every best practices and optimizations (per-machine-installer, disabled autostart to prevent logon storms, etc.) really a lot of stuff.
So nearly everything seems to be fine and working as expected, except the sing-In address of the user is not saved after logoff from the session.
Every time the user logs in to the server desktop again and teams is starting he has to fill in the sign-in address again.
Within a session after quitting teams and restarting it, it's working.
The client is using Citrix Profile Management as profile cache and roaming solution, and i have done several tests there too, but nothing seems to work.
I formerly did this with FSLogix, and there was no problem, also we have other clients with this solution and it is working, but i can see no difference in GPOs or the way the profile is cached and roamed.
So my question to this:
Where does teams save those sign-in address in the users profile (directory, file, registry)?
So i can cache and roam the sign-in address for the next session.
The credentials (password) is saved and must not be typed in again.
Thanks in advance for some ideas.

Have you seen Teams for Virtualized Desktop Infrastructure - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Docs ?
The location for login credentials is
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\IdentityCache (%localAppdata%\Microsoft\IdentityCache)

StevenC365 Thanks Steven.
I already got this directory in the Profile Management included.
I don't really now why, but after a few tests it seems to work as expected.
Thanks anyway for your help.
