Hello, as hans rightly replied, XLOOKUP and all Dynamic Array functions are available in Excel for Microsoft 365. So, if you opened a workbook that contains any of these functions in order versions, I will result name #Name? error...
However, you can save the file in One Drive and when another person access the file on Excel on the web, they will be able to relate with the data because XLOOKUP and Dynamic Arrays are all available on the web.
Cheers
