Why is Find/Replace saying "There's a problem with this formula"?

In a quick test it works as intended for me.
Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?

- Thank you. After fixed this, I've also realized that some of the tables weren't labeled correctly.
