Why does each cell display as a picture?
I suspect you have calculation options set to manual and that you are using a modern Excel 365 version that has 'stale value formatting' enabled.
Uncheck that option and the strike-through format will disappear.
Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
