When will the new Office 2019 Excel functions be made available to Office 365 subscription?

Office 2019 starts to become available, recently, and there are news mentioning that there are some new functions made available in the new Excel, specifically FILTER, SORT, and UNIQUE, which are similar to those available in Google Sheets.

When will these functions be made available to the Office 365 subscription? I live in Indonesia.

These functions will NOT be available in Office 2019 but in the next Office 2022 (?) and in Office 365 subscription.

As Bill Jelen explained it will take some time before they become available in the monthly channel:

The roll-out is going to be a lot slower than anyone wants, which is frustrating. Why so slow? The Excel team has made changes to Calc Engine code that has been stable for 30 years. Of particular concern: with add-ins that inject formulas into Excel that inadvertently used implicit intersection. Those add-ins will break if Excel now returns a Spill range.
