Weekend Overtime Tracker Conditional Formatting

 Hi All,

 

I would want to know how I may be able to use the 'conditional formatting' function for my requirement in the attached picture here.

 

The condition is that every third Friday should be highlighted in 'Red' when a value is entered in the previous two cells' Friday.

I would appreciate the help with the formula.

    Hi Afthab,

     

    That could be conditional formatting rule with formula

    =IFERROR(OFFSET(C4,0,-7)*OFFSET(C4,0,-14)*(C$2="F"),0)

    applied to your entire range starting from C4
